The Lincoln Railsplitters beat the Boys and Girls Kangaroos 41-6 on Friday night in Coney Island behind two touchdowns and 136 yards from Dayquan Audain and three touchdown passes from Paul Litvak.
This game got out of hand quickly. The Kangaroos struggled to even slow Audain down. His long was a 59-yard touchdown run. Eight other people ran the ball for Lincoln for a total of 284 yards. Litvak was great as he connected on 10 of 16 passes for 152 yards and three touchdowns. Michael Tud, Luis Rodriguez and Jordan Hannah had the touchdown passes. Najee Baker was the only Railsplitter with a sack and Corey Wright had an interception.
Boys High did score one touchdown in the first quarter on a 48-yard run by Donald Merceus. That was the only time the ‘Roos would score though.
Note: I left this game at halftime so I don’t have as many photos as I usually have. I don’t often leave games early, but I also don’t normally cover games between the No. 1 team on my power rankings and a team that isn’t even ranked. The Brooklyn Eagle will cover Lincoln’s game against No. 4 Grand Street Campus on Friday so there will be plenty more Lincoln photos real soon.
Here are photos from the game:
