INJURY REPORT: Andrei Kirilenko (back) and Jason Terry (knee) are the only ones out for the Nets tonight. Matt Barnes (eye), J.J. Redick (wrist), Reggie Bullock (ankle) and Maalik Wayns (knee) are out.

ON THE BENCH AGAIN: Paul Pierce will come off the bench again tonight just like he did against the Celtics on Tuesday. It sounds like the Nets will stick with that rotation until he shows that he isn’t comfortable in that role or they feel Anderson can’t hack it as a starter. At the very least, it sounds like he’ll be coming off the bench until his hand is 100 percent.

KIRILENKO FRUSTRATED: This will be the 18th game Kirilenko has sat out this season. He’s had three setbacks so far and has seen three different doctors. He told the Eagle that all three doctors have said it’s not serious so surgery hasn’t been considered, but added that he is getting frustrating because he’s gotten so close to coming back only to suffer more back spasms.

DOC RIVERS REUNION: This will be the first time that either Kevin Garnett or Paul Pierce will face Doc Rivers since all three left the Celtics this offseason.

GETTING HOT: Not only did the Nets pick up their first winning streak of the season against the Celtics on Tuesday, but they played one of their best games of the year too. They shot 55.7 percent from the floor, 65.7 percent behind the arc and had an 11-point lead after the first quarter and 85 points after the third, all bests this season. Building off of that is a must.
