Brooklyn Nets 102, Toronto Raptors 100: The Nets played with a consistent effort for once and Andray Blatche (24 points) and Joe Johnson (21 points) stepped up to help them snap a five game losing streak.

St. Francis Women’s Basketball 58, NJIT 53: The Terriers were tied at 47-47 with 6:18 to play when they went on a 11-6 run to win the game. Jasmin Robinson led with 13 points, Leah Fechko had 12 and Jaymee Veney had 10.

Brooklyn College Men’s Basketball 102, William Paterson University 100 (OT): The Bulldogs had a strong second half to send the game to overtime and then they took a lead with 2:02 to go in OT when Jamel Gist hit a pair of free throws and they never relinquished it. Gist finished with 14, Egzon Gjonbalaj led with 24, Jai Kellman and Edon Gionbalaj each had 20, and Valon Djombalic had 18 with 17 rebounds.
