Everyone is excited to see the Brooklyn Nets 2013-14 schedule. When do they face the Knicks? When will the reunion in Boston be? When will they get to test themselves against the Heat? While the official schedule isn’t going to be released for another week or so, there have been quite a few leaks to give us an idea of when and where they will be playing.
None of the following dates are confirmed, but he’s what we’re hearing:
The Nets will be in Cleveland on Opening Night, although we don’t know the date yet. The home opener will take place on Nov. 1 and will feature a matchup against the Heat. They will play the Bulls on Christmas Day and the Hawks in London on Jan. 16. The first trip to Madison Square Garden to face the Knicks is on Jan. 20, they’ll be in Boston on Jan. 26 and March 7, and they’re headed to Los Angeles to play the Lakers on Feb. 23.
Cleveland on Opening Night is a bit of a let down, but it’ll be great to see them take on the Heat in what will almost definitely be a nationally televised game. I can’t believe we have to wait until Jan. 20 to get to the Garden, but hopefully there will be some Barclays Center matches before then.
